Moti Gutman
Medatech Chairman, Matrix CEO
Joined Matrix in 2001. During his time at Matrix, Moti has led its establishment through the merger of five companies, been responsible for the acquisition and merger of over 80 companies into the group and formulated both its business strategy and its trading on the Israeli stock exchange in 2002. Before that, Moti worked at Liraz Systems for 14 years, holding various software positions within the company, and acting as the company’s CEO from 1994-2000. He led the acquisition of Liraz by EDS. Moti served for seven years in the IDF’s Mamram unit (Center of Computing and Information Systems). He holds an MBA with a major in strategic management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, from which he graduated summa cum laude.
Matrix acquired Medatech in 2019. Moti Gutman is the chairman of Medatech.
Hanna Sarel
CEO
Hanna Sarel has been with MedaTech since 1994, almost from the very beginning of the company's inception. She began in the company as a programmer, and moved quickly to Project Manager, VP of Marketing and Business Development in 2010 she became CEO of MedaTech.
Hanna has lead and implemented the company's vision by providing a full range of creative solutions to its customers, in the field of management information systems. She believes that an emphasis on uncompromising quality of service, high professional skills and long-term commitment to customer needs. This philosophy continually Strengthens the position of MedaTech as a leader in the ERP system in general, and in particular implementation of Priority software.
Hanna holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an (MBA) from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Hannah is married and has four children. Her hobbies include running and playing the guitar.
Shmulik Erel
VP Strategic Accounts
Shmulik has been with MedaTech since 1995. He has held key positions in the company such as Project Manager, Team Leader and today he is VP of Strategic Clients and Manager of the Hod HaSharon Branch.
Shmulik has managed major projects such as Elite, one of Israel's largest chocolate manufacturer's and Hogla-Kimberly, a very large disposable diaper manufacturer.
Shmulik holds a B.A. in Logistics from Bar Ilan University.
Shmulik is married with eleven children. His hobbies include reflexology, volunteer coaching and teaching families to budget their resources via the nonprofit organization Pa’amonim.
Asaf Kabaz
Operations Manager
Asaf returned back home to Medatech after a long period in which he served as IT Manager in several organizations over the globe.
Asaf held variety of key positions in these organizations, including BI systems management, project management, team leader and currently as operations manager of Medatech.
Asaf has extensive experience in managing information systems in a variety of organizations and activities and therefore has a deep understanding of his client's needs and extensive professional knowledge
Asaf holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology
He is Married with three children. His hobbies include music, jogging and comedy.
Liat Shilovski
CPA, Director of Finance
Liat is responsible for finance and administration at Medatech.
Liat joined Medatech in 2019 bringing with her a wealth of experience in a various financial management roles both in Israel and abroad. Her previous management positions include CERTUS, high-tech solutions, Nana 10.
Liat holds a BA of Accounting & Management and a MBA from the College of Management.
Liat is married with two girls. her hobbies include photography and traveling in Israel and abroad whenever possible.
Lior Rainhartz
Head of Managed Services
Lior has been with MedaTech since 2002, During that period he has held key positions in the company such as Projects and Strategic customers Manager, and currently Head of Managed Services.
For many years Lior gained experience in managing global wide projects and established a managed service center that supports thousands of Priority users worldwide.
Lior holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems from the Technion.
Lior is married with three children.
Noa Nagar
Customer Service Manager
Noa has been with MedaTech since 2000. During that period she has held key positions in the company such as Project Manager, Team Leader and today she is the Customer Service Manager.
Due to her indepth understanding of Priority she and her staff are able to provide customers with the help quickly and efficiently. She and her entire staff continually strive to improve customer service satisfaction and via this process also learn about the ever changing customer needs in order to develop better and more efficient products.
Noa holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Noa is married with three children. Her hobbies include photography and animals.
Sarit Bashi Tamir
.Net and BI Leader
Sarit has been with MedaTech since 1997. During that period she has held key positions in the company such as Project Manager, Team Leader and currently Head of .NET and BI Operations.
She has managed many large projects such as Strauss Water and Harel Computers. Due to her deep understanding of the Priority Software and client needs she was the perfect choice to establish and solutions via the web operations. This entails website development, application development, and managing an entire department of project managers for web based implementations.
She has managed over one hundred web and mobile solutions and continues to develop new products as the internet environment changes.
Sarit holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Sait is married with three children. Her hobbies include surfing and volleyball.
Shai Shmuel
VP Technology
Shai has been with MedaTech since it’s inception in 1993. He managed the first project MedaTech ever had. From that time until the present he has held different positions including VP Customer Service.
Shai is responsible for the technological and infrastructural aspects of MedaTech and its customers. As technology developments cycles become shorter over the years, Shai’s responsibilities become more challenging.
He holds a B.Sc.in Applicable Mathematics and Computer Science. He also has a Masters in Performance Analysis from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Shai is married with two boys. His hobbies include photography, reading thrillers, history and professional literature.
Yaron Karzag
Sales Manager
Yaron has been with MedaTech since 1998. During that period he has held key positions in the company such as Project Manager, VP Customer Service, VP Operations and currently Professional Sales Manager.
His responsibilities includes sales of large and complicated projects which require professional knowledge and technical understanding.
Yaron combines experience gained through a variety of different areas of work at Medatech and therefore has a deep understanding of customer needs and the priority system.
Yaron holds B.Sc. in Information Systems from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Yaron is married with three children. His hobbies include snowboarding and cycling.
Havi Zefania
HR Manager
Havi manages the human resources department, she has rich professional experience in human resources roles and training, strategy leadership, recruitment, consulting, and executive development.
Havi has a bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, specializing in human resources, and has a bridging certificate from the Gevim Institute.
Havi is married and a mother of two, in her free time she likes to travel in the desert, listen to music, and dance.
