END OF YEAR NOTES
Merry Christmas & A Happy New Year from all the staff at Medatech.
I would like to thank our customers for another great year. This year has had many memorable moments and we are grateful to be able to create and share them with you. Highlights of the year include our User Conference, where we had our biggest turn out yet! In turn, we introduced to you our latest version release, V18.1, where you could get an insight to the range of functionality first hand. We hope you enjoyed networking with other Priority users, these connections can be beneficial to businesses in the future. We look forward to seeing you at next year’s User Conference for another successful day.
V18.1
Priority’s new version release has really emphasised the importance of a product roadmap as it reinforces that these aspirations will become reality in the coming years. The latest version has really shown that ERP can be easier, with the vision that it is easier to use, easier to implement and easier to maintain and enhance. Version 18 has delivered more functionality that can be achieved with an ERP system, a true platform for you to work off with mobile solutions and business insight becoming the key focuses of the release. It exists to ‘open the platform beyond its core services’ to enable our customers and developers to tailor the system to their organisational and individual needs.
This year, in November, we won another very major customer! Our Project Managers are very excited to get to grips and take on new challenges with this new project in the New Year as well as continued high-quality work with our existing customers to further enhance your businesses.
Showcases
The showcases, this year we attended 11 shows all across the country & in Ireland! We had the opportunity to speak to a variety of different people in a number of verticals and enjoyed learning about these organisations and explaining how Priority ERP can contribute to their successes. We were able to get in front of the crowds at a number of these exhibitions presenting in seminar sessions. Webinars
This year we kicked off monthly Webinars, to connect more with our end users and keep you updated with the sophisticated functionality that Priority ERP has to offer. These have proven to be successful with a good attendee rate and interest afterwards. With a New Year brings a new opportunity to host more Webinars. If you have any suggestions of what you would like to see, go to our webinars page on our website.
Looking Forward
Next year I am looking forward to the advancements in AI integrated with ERP platforms, I think this is a really interesting hot topic which currently is being explored. This should lead to great improvements in production lines and business processes via machine learning & exploitation of the IoT.
