Applicative Help Desk

Medatech is looking for Applicative help desk support for the company’s customers.

Job requirements:

Technological/ accounting/ logistics degree – A must (engineering /practical engineering)
Previous experience with Priority or other ERP systems (Finance, SBO etc..)
Minimum 2 years experience in Customer services/HD roles
Financial knowledge
Technical orientation
Good customer service skills
High interpersonal skills
High presentation skills (written & verbal)
