Office add-on applications

The office add-on module will add a new icon to Outlook, Word and Excel and allow linking documents to various Priority documents: (Quotations, Orders, Invoices, Transactions and more).

Working with the add-on in Outlook:

Every email message will have a new icon titled “Add to document” which will allow adding the email and its attachments to the Priority document.

When clicking the icon, a dialogue box will open to select:

Document type, for example: Order, Quote, Invoice …
These documents can be listed under a new form in Priority
Document number: The document identifier such as SO1500015, PO1500064 etc.
Attachments: the message can be attached as one or select files to attach from the list of attachments for this message. In both cases the description can be edited by the user.
