Applicative help desk support for the company’s customers.

Job requirements:

  • Technological/ accounting/ logistics  degree – A must (engineering /practicalengineering)
  • Previous experience with Priority or other ERP systems (Finance, SBO etc..)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer services/HD roles
  • Financial knowledge
  • Technical orientation
  • Good customer service skills
  • High inter-personal skills
  • High presentation skills (written & verbal)
