Applicative help desk support for TEVA  – a strategic customer.

Including Customer’s training, System maintenance etc.

Job requirements:

  • Technological  degree – A must (engineering /practical engineering)
  • Good customer service skills
  • High inter-personal skills
  • High presentation skills (written & verbal)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer services/HD roles
  • Fluent in English
  • Prior experience with Priority ERP software
  • Flexible hours (working in shifts, including Fridays’ – once in a month)
